NOT easy to open to fill w/oil Nov 29, 2008 I own the "heart" diffuser pendant by Nature's Alchemy and I like how that pendant works - you don't have to constantly take it off the chain to open and fill it. I can just slacken the chain and open it.
THIS one, the oriental dome pendant, MUST be taken off the chain to fill the oil, and the mechanism is DIFFICULT to open. I had such a tough time trying to open it that I was worried I would break the pin off the bottom of the pendant. Maybe it would loosen up over time, but I didn't trust that thought so I sent it back and ordered a different one.
